Get Ready for InvoiceNow with Confidence
Discover the transition requirements, important dates, and available support for your business.
InvoiceNow is Singapore's nationwide e-invoicing network, built on the international Peppol standard. Under the GST InvoiceNow Requirement, GST-registered businesses send their invoice data directly to IRAS through an InvoiceNow-Ready Solution, instead of only sending PDFs to customers.
- Faster GST audits and quicker GST refunds
- Built-in checks that flag GST wrongly charged by non-GST-registered suppliers
- Easier record-keeping, billing and payment processing
- Structured e-invoices that reduce manual data entry and errors

Frequently Asked Questions

Who gives out the S$1,000 grant?
The GST InvoiceNow Transition Grant is provided by IMDA together with IRAS. Netiquette, as an IMDA-accredited InvoiceNow-Ready Solution Provider, supports you through the requirements, but the grant is approved and paid by IMDA.
How do I know my total annual supplies?
Add up Box 4 of your GST returns (standard-rated, zero-rated and exempt supplies) for all prescribed accounting periods ending in calendar year 2025. If the total is S$4 million or less, you fall under the S$1,000 grant.
Can I take the FOC package and the S$1,000 grant at the same time?
No. They are separate schemes and you can only take one for the same subscription. Since the FOC package is already free, there is no cost for the grant to offset.
I'm on the FOC package. Can I claim the grant later?
Yes. After your FOC subscription ends, wait 3 months, then subscribe to a paid plan. You can claim the grant if you still meet all criteria and the grant window is still open.
Why do I need the Inventory module for InvoiceNow?
Netiquette's GST InvoiceNow feature is built inside the Inventory Management System (IMS). That's why the 3-in-1 Suite includes IMS together with Accounting and Payroll.
How long does onboarding take?
About 5 working days on average, from sign-up to your first GST InvoiceNow e-invoice. Simpler setups are faster.
Do I need technical knowledge to get a Peppol ID?
No. We handle and guide your Peppol ID registration with DataPost, our accredited access point partner, as part of onboarding.
My business is not GST-registered. Does this apply to me?
No. GST InvoiceNow and this grant are only for GST-registered businesses. If you are applying for GST registration now, reach out and we can help you prepare.
Where can I read the official grant terms?
See IMDA's InvoiceNow Grants page and the official grant FAQs.
